Presenting Chanticleer

As you know I love to promote new designers who are offering something different. But today I want to give a nod to an established designer, Tracey Salt and her team of seamstresses at Chanticleer a wedding boutique in Cheltenham who are celebrating 25 years in the business, which to me is an amazing feat in this climate.

Chanticleer offers bespoke bridal gowns that are made to measure to each brides specific requirements and the reason that I have taken a shine to them is for the gorgeous detail on their outfits.

I’m only featuring a few to wet your appetite, and the gorgeous detail on the above ‘Sweet Briar’ dress comes from the new 2015 Eden collection.  This vintage inspired chiffon gown features a gentle corseted bodice, blouson sleeves & soft ‘A’ line skirt and retails at £1399.

This dress known as Savanna also has  a soft corseted bodice supporting a draped guipure lace overlay and features a small shaped peplum which sits over a floaty chiffon skirt with sweeping train. This dress retails at £1760.

If you like the idea of getting your wedding dress made and you like what you see here, Chanticleer gowns can be found in a selection of bridal boutiques around the UK, which you can find here.

If you are after a chat with designer Tracey Salt they offer specific designer visits where she gives  advice and a unique experience for those brides wishing to purchase a Chanticleer gown, but not being able to travel to Cheltenham. Take a look at the news section of their website here for dates.
