Hello lovelies,
Did you know Christmas Pyjamas are a thing? Well if you have or haven’t this post is for you.
If you have been following me on my socials, that is Facebook and Instagram you will know I am doing my best to get you ready for the festive season with ideas on what to wear for your kids and for yourselves.
Last week was about chunky shoes and boots so if you missed this take a look here. But this week is no exception and I’ve wanted to get this in early and talk to you about Christmas Pyjamas purely because people love them for lounging in on Christmas morning, they are great for taking those novelty Christmas photos and more importantly, (if you are that way inclined) can be bought for all the family.
I know I wasn’t into them before kids but in the last year or so now the kids are a little older, the fun we all have chilling in our Christmas Pyjamas, on Christmas morning whilst opening our presents is priceless. The downside however is Christmas family pyjamas don’t hang around forever so you need to get on it FAST, if that’s what you want to do.
Now, there are quite a few places to shop for when considering Christmas pyjamas, but in this video I talk you through a few brands I believe you should consider. Firstly for their quality which is Joules and they do a great job of mixing traditional with novelty as I explain. But more importantly you can pick up a complete set for your hubby, partner and yourselves as well as the kids.
For the more traditional Christmas pyjamas Marks and Spencers do not fall short and this checked pair also comes in a variety of colours not just the one you see. The only problem with M&S is because the quality is so good they get snapped up pretty quickly.
Just thinking outside the box for a minute, we get most things we need from Amazon but have you considered Christmas pyjamas? Well I can tell you now they do great novelty ones which you can see here. They may not be M&S quality but if you won’t be wearing them way past Spring, its definitely a fun keep sake to pull off. The downside of Amazon is everything is separates so if you have a small family its cost effective for individual buys. But if you have a slightly bigger family its better to buy a complete set. So head to somewhere like Not on the High Street for great value on an option like this.
Now I have thrown this last one in since we are talking value and let’s be honest, Christmas pyjamas is a nice to have but it’s not a necessity. So for those of you who like the idea but don’t want to spend loads Primark have some great pjs for everyone that will do just that. We are talking as little as £5, but be quick on those as they definitely will go.
Tip: Christmas Pyjamas need to be snapped up asap to guarantee you will get for all the family. They also make great lounge wear in the summer if you are inclined for a bit of sewing. Cut the pants into shorts and the long sleeve tee into a vest top for longevity wear 😉
I’d love to know how you get on with this and whether you manage to grab a bargain, so do leave me a comment. Also let me know what other content you would like to see or if there is a subject you want me to cover, because if I don’t know I can’t help and I’m here to help you get through the fashion maze. Enjoy the video xxx
