I do love a good film, so I’m excited to see that the 58th BFI London Film Festival, (a showcase of some of cinema’s best movies of the festival year as well as an early look at some of next year’s ‘must watch’ flicks) is underway. As always celebrities turned out, this time for the IWC gala dinner as a prelude to the festival at London’s Battersea Evolution and a number of girls caught my eye.
The first being Topshop heiress Chloe Green above, who made her mark with a flirty YSL black dress that featured long sleeves and a bejewelled collar and an Edie Parker bespoke purse with her name emblazoned across it in silver writing. To take a look at some YSL dresses head here and for Edie Parker clutches take a look here.
As you know the Little black dress (LBD for short) is a staple for any red carpet and evening event and if you are after something completely new why not try the new LBD collection from Emma Hunt below.

If however you are looking for something colourful to stand out why not try a colour panelled dress like this one above donned by Emily Blunt on the red carpet. The Hollywood actress wore a Roland Mouret ‘Wistow’ gown colour-blocked in coral and white. For more of the collection head to Selfridges here.
For a more floral affair Bond girl Olga Kurylenko showed up in a bold Matthew Williamson Pre-Fall 2014 gown with a simple, strapless silhouette with pockets in the skirt. For more of his collection head to MatchesFashion.
